Welcome

Jennifer KresgeI have been a mediator for twenty-six years, and have mediated thousands of disputes. I believe through the process of understanding conflict and approaches to resolution we can ultimately affect the management of resentment, anger, frustation, anxiety, needs and wants.

Through the use of conflict resolution and negotiation we may be able to positively affect peace making and ultimately the culture of conflict.  A licensed marriage, family and child counselor, professional mediator and advanced practitioner certified by the Association for Conflict Resolution, Jennifer Kresge holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology.

I am a professor of psychology at Napa Valley College and have also taught at Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law, Pepperdine University School of Law and elsewhere.

I provide mediation training to special education hearing officers at the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law, and am an expert witness providing testimony in the area of child development, custody issues and child abuse. I am also an associate instructor in adult education in the St. Helena Unified School District.

While you are here, visit the About page for more information about my background and approach to mediation.
