Last Twenty Years: Primarily business, agricultural and real estate litigation and transactions. Typical cases include eminent domain, inverse condemnation, commercial lease litigation, billboard and contract cases (including government). We also negotiate and draft commercial real estate leases, contracts and licenses. We negotiate with and litigate against government agencies.
