Engagement Information
Once my appointment is confirmed, I email counsel a number of documents in the lead up to the mediation, including details of my engagement, premediation memo and mediation agreement. I am normally engaged on a flat daily rate of NZ$4,500 - that assumes 10 hours of mediation, 2 of which are reserved for case management**Time spent over the 10 hours is at my hourly rate of NZ$475.Fees are plus GST and usually shared equally between the parties.
I present as a local mediator when working in either Wellington or Christchurch (meaning I charge no airfares/taxi/accommodation etc in those two centres).
