Once my appointment is confirmed, I email counsel a number of documents in the lead up to the mediation, including details of my engagement, premediation memo and mediation agreement.

I am normally engaged on a daily rate of NZ$3,500 - that assumes ten hours, two of which are reserved for case management**

Time spent over the 10 hours is at my hourly rate of NZ$400.

Fees are plus GST and usually shared equally

I present as a local mediator when working in either Wellington or Christchurch (meaning I charge no airfares/taxi/accommodation etc in those two centres).
