Arbitration Rates: No administrative fee. Two parties:$1575 per party per day. For each additional separately represented party add $700. All parties will share the cost equally unless otherwise agreed in writing.Attorneys are responsible for payment and must handle billing to their clients.
Payment of Fees:Fees are due not later than 14 days prior to date unless case is scheduled for more than one day.If scheduled for more than one day, fees are due 21 days prior to hearing.Preparation fees and post arbitration fees including preparation of order will be billed at $350 per hour and due 10 days from receipt of invoice.Fees due but unpaid by the due date will incur interest at the statutory rate.
Cancellation or rescheduling:Cases scheduled for one day or less:If cancelled 21 days prior to the arbitration, fees paid will be refunded in full.If cancelled prior to fourteen days, one-half of the fees will be refunded. If cancelled within seven days one-fourth of the fee will be refunded.If rescheduled prior to seven days in advance, fees paid will be carried forward to the new date.If rescheduled within seven days, a rescheduling fee of $500 will be charged to the party who requires a reschedule unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Cases scheduled for multiple days will be fully refunded if cancelled 30 days prior to the arbitration date.Otherwise the cancellation fee schedule above applies.
Location:Upon sufficient notice, arbitration may be scheduled at offices listed above.Parties may also agree to a different location of your own choosing.
