Mediation Rates: No administrative fee.Two Parties: Full Day Mediation ( up to 8 hours) $1575 PER PARTY.Includes one hour preparation.If materials are voluminous or parties request additional preparation time it will be billed at $350 per hour) For each additional separately represented party add $700 per day. All parties will share the cost equally unless otherwise agreed in writing.Attorneys are responsible for payment and must handle billing to their clients.
Payment of Fees:To schedule mediation – one-half paid at time of scheduling.Balance due on or before the morning of hearing.Post mediation fees will be billed at $350 per hour and due 10 days from the billing date.Fees due but unpaid by the due date will incur interest at the statutory rate.
Settlement within Half Day.Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all cases are set for a full day and all parties should come prepared to spend a day.If the case fully settles by 12:30 on the mediation date, the balance of the fee will be waived.Cases which go beyond 12:30 will be charged at the flat full day rate.
Cancellation or rescheduling:If cancelled prior to 14 days of the mediation, fees paid will be refunded in full.If cancelled prior to seven days, one-half of the scheduling fees will be refunded. If cancelled within seven days there will be no refund of the scheduling fee.If rescheduled prior to seven days in advance, fees paid will be carried forward to the new date.If rescheduled within seven days, a rescheduling fee of $500 will be charged to the party who requires a reschedule unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Location:Upon sufficient notice, arbitration may be scheduled at offices listed above.Parties may also agree to a different location of your own choosing.
