Former Chair (2001-2002) of the State Bar of California Standing Committee on ADR, former President of the California Dispute Resolution Council (CDRC) and former board member of the California Dispute Resolution Institute; the Mediation Society, the College of Commercial Arbitrators, and is a Diplomat member of the California Academy of Distingished Neutrals. Ken is a former trustee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association (chairing that association's ADR Section executive committee on numerous occasions). He was appointed to Blue Ribbon Panel of Experts on Arbitrator Ethics by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of California.
