Who paid to: Check mailed or delivered to CMS What's covered: This non-refundable fee covers all administrative and case initiation services, whether or not Party 2 agrees to mediate and whether or not the case is actually mediated. Reduced Fees: Our fees may be reduced or waived in special low-income circumstances Mediation Fee: $100.00 per 2-hr session for Community Cases (most cases resolve in one session)
