Services
Community Mediation Services is a leading provider of mediation services and education in Lane County.
Whether you are an individual with a neighbor-related dispute, a business in need of professional workplace mediation or conflict resolution training, or a community member interested in mediation training, we can help you with our services.
FeesWe are a non-profit, community service agency that provides low cost services to community members in conflict.
Our case initiation fee is $35 for two-party mediations and is due before we contact the second party. An additional $25 is due at the time we schedule the mediation session, coming to a total of $60. The fee is paid by the party who initially requests our services, but Party 1 and Party 2 may discuss sharing this expense during their mediation if they choose to do so.
We are committed to providing mediation services to our community and will adjust or waive fees for low-income individuals.
Group facilitation fees are assessed at $25/hour for case development and $75/hour for actual meeting facilitation time.
No fees are assessed by CMS for participants who were referred to the Restorative Justice Program by the Lane County Department of Youth Services.
