Let's cut to the chase!

When you get right down to the bottom line in most cases there are only a few reasons to go for  mediation.

 1.  Money.  The longer settlement is delayed, the more money it's going to take out of your pocket.  Let's face it, unresolved disputes mired in litigation can be financially devastating.  So what's it worth to you to settle?

2. Confidentiality:  As they say, most people don't want their dirty linen aired in public. What are the consequences to reputation, profession, and your personal life if this isn't resolved?

3. Resolution.  "Let's get it over with so we can get on with life."  Unresolved disputes without resolution can wind up being the "never ending story" that wears on you financially, emotionally, and physically.   .

Dr. Chuck Fightmaster takes a practical and no-nonsence approach to dispute resolution.  A highly experienced and professional mediator who holds certification through the Florida State Supreme Court in Circuit Civil, Family and Dependency mediation, Dr. Fightmaster can be found in and out of the legal arena.  Dr. Fightmaster has a strong track record of successful mediation saving clients money and time.

Here's how it works:

You're initiial contact with Dr. Fightmaster will be on the telephone where he will .get a clear idea of the facts for mediation.  During that time fees will be discussed and an appointment made for a personal pre-mediation consultation.

At the first on-site pre-mediation interview, you will be able to share your position and desired outcome of mediation.  All of this will be in a confidential setting.  What is effective about a pre-mediaton interview is that it  expedites the mediation process and can save you time and expense.

In certain situations, Dr. Fightmaster may be available to travel to a mutually agreed upon site.  Otherwise, mediation can be conducted in his office,
