FACT-FINDING BACKGROUND
Brenda Reed conducts both fact-finding and formal EEO investigations. She has rendered her services to the following agencies: US Justice Department, US Border Patrol, Immigration & Naturalization Services, USDA, and the US Forest Service. She serves as a contract investigator for US Investigative Services, Professional Division, Hyattsville, Maryland.
FACT-FINDING SERVICES
As an investigator Brenda Reed interviews witnesses as requested by the authorizing contractor. She prepares either a signed formal statement or sworn affidavit. She requests and obtains documents pertinent to the allegations from both the employer and witnesses. She prepares and submits a formal Report of Investigation to the requesting authority.
FEES FOR SERVICES
Fees are negotiable based on the complexity and nature of the issues, number of witnesses, and travel involved. Fees are based on an hourly rate plus expenses.
