Kamila Blessing has been an ordained Episcopal priest for nearly 25 years and has served every size and type of parish as well as consulting for various dioceses and other organizations.  Her specialty is finding the heart of the organization and articulating their vision.  This process often involves dispute resolution, mediation, family counseling, and the Family Systems approach used today in interim work.
