Highly effective mediation practice since 1993 with specialized expertise in real estate, agency, escrow, title, business  and commercial disputes, employment and professional liability.  Mediated more than 1000 litigated and non-litigated cases with a resolution rate of over 95%.  Representative cases include claims of seller and agent fraud, failure to disclose, mold and toxic hazards, breach of contract, specific performance, commission claims and deposit disputes.  Appointed to the National Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.  Appointed as Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Pro Tem, Mediator and Settlement Referee for civil cases.  Speaker on "Effective Use of Mediation" and "Avoiding Malpractice in Mediation."
