Fees for Services

Fees for services as an ADR provider or conflict resolution teacher/trainer are dependent upon the type of ADR service being provided and number of participants. Hourly or per diem rates are available. Preparation time, out of pocket expenses and travel time are quoted. Hourly rates $350-425; per diem $4500-$6,000. Deposits in advance are requested. Cancellation fees may apply. 

Fees for designing, teaching or providing ADR training or meeting facilitations are based on a per diem or project rate depending upon locale (national or international) and duration. Charges for transportation, lodging, food, course materials and related expenses are also quoted.     

Tracy is pleased to provide up to date facilities on site at her offices for mediation, arbitration, training and educational seminars. Depending upon the needs of the participants, accomodations can be made available in Detroit, Troy, and Ann Arbor, Michigan.
